What is a Gamecation Guru?
My goal is to provide you with the best board game vacation experience. I will provide games, teach you how to play, and take care of all the logistics so you don’t have to. My hope is that you will make fierce in-game enemies and lasting life-long friends. Eat. Sleep. Game.

Food to Eat
Don’t worry about food! I will provide 3 meals a day during the gamecation, including continental breakfast with lunch and dinner delivered in.

Space to Sleep
Don’t worry about a place to sleep! I will find and reserve a vacation rental with plenty of space to stay and play.

Peruse my game library and request that I bring specific games. Or just tell me what you like and I will bring games that I think would be a good fit for your taste! Feel free to bring any of your own games as well.

What is included?
A ticket buys you a bed in a shared room to sleep in for 3 nights, 3 meals a day for 3 days, and 24/7 access to the game library and gaming spaces.
When is check in and check out?
Each gamecation may vary and details will be listed on the event page. Most are Wednesday evening to Saturday evening.
Can I bring my own games?
Yes! If you want to bring one of your favorites or one from your shelf of shame, please do! I will also bring a selection from my gaming library.
What about my food sensitivities?
When you purchase your ticket, you will be redirected to a survey where you can let us know of any food sensitivities you have so we can plan accordingly.
What if I want to share a bed with my spouse / sibling?
When you purchase your ticket, you will select your bed choice. You will have the choice to purchase a shared bed, which would provide a significant discount for attendance.
What if my plans change? Can I get a refund?
We understand that life happens. We offer a full refund (less transaction fees) if the tickets are canceled 30+ days prior to the event. Cancelations 7-30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
